Return & Exchange Policy
Note for Returns/Exchange
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The item must be returned with the original packaging and tags intact. Returns without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product to be accepted.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations are allowed after placing an order.
Return Policy
- Return can be processed only for defective products.
- In case of size related concerns, if the next size is unavailable, we'll issue a refund upon product's return. The items should be unused and unwashed.
- You can return orders within 7 days of order delivery against any manufacturing defect(s) only.
- The refunded amount will be for the products only, excluding the shipping charges.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange can be processed only for size-related concerns in case of Kurtas and bottom wear.
- If the next size is unavailable, we'll refund your purchase once the product is returned. The items should be unused and unwashed.
- In case of Saree/Dupattas exchange can be initiated if there a defect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
